• Experience supporting unionized environments and multi-hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of UKG scheduling across departments.
• Design and configure schedule rules, rotations, and self-scheduling.
• Translate clinical staffing models and union contracts into configurations.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and coordinate testing during upgrades.
