  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • RN license in North Carolina.
  • 2+ years RN experience in the United States.
  • 1+ year RN experience in long-term care facilities in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Provide program leadership and oversight for Health Occupations continuing education across the college’s service area.
  • Coordinate operations using a One College approach to ensure consistency across campuses.
  • Develop short- and long-range plans aligned with workforce needs and community demands.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with nursing and health regulations and college policies.
  • Recruit, hire, orient, and evaluate qualified adjunct instructors.
  • Teach Nurse Aide courses and ensure instructor qualifications meet regulatory standards.
  • Manage clinical partnerships and contracting for clinical experiences.
