Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
RN license in North Carolina.
2+ years RN experience in the United States.
1+ year RN experience in long-term care facilities in the United States.

Responsibilities

Provide program leadership and oversight for Health Occupations continuing education across the college’s service area.
Coordinate operations using a One College approach to ensure consistency across campuses.
Develop short- and long-range plans aligned with workforce needs and community demands.
Ensure regulatory compliance with nursing and health regulations and college policies.
Recruit, hire, orient, and evaluate qualified adjunct instructors.
Teach Nurse Aide courses and ensure instructor qualifications meet regulatory standards.
Manage clinical partnerships and contracting for clinical experiences.
