Job summary

Dallas College is seeking a Community-focused Program Coordinator to develop, deliver, and grow Continuing Education and Workforce Development programs. You will partner with students, instructors, employers, and community stakeholders to create high-quality non-credit opportunities that meet workforce needs and student success.

Qualifications

Associate degree and three years of relevant experience in workforce development or higher education.
Official transcripts required; bilingual/multilingual preferred.
Criminal background check and possible fingerprint check required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, develop, schedule, promote and evaluate continuing education programs.
Interact daily with students, instructors, employers and stakeholders as a liaison.
Review class schedules and assist in curriculum development and instructional materials.
Recruit and orient instructors; plan meetings and development activities.
Maintain records, prepare reports and manage budget allocations.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and students.
