Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Advanced skills in Python, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, R, Excel, SPSS and PowerPoint.
• 2+ years of experience in Clinical Data Analytics, Statistics, and Quality Measures.
• 3+ years of advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
• Healthcare industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain databases, data models, and reporting solutions.
• Build and manage dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Tableau and other BI tools.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to support performance improvement initiatives.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Lead data-driven projects and support continuous improvement using Lean and PDCA.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Promote innovative and efficient use of technology to enhance workflows.
