Option Care Health is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator to manage the daily flow of clinical supplies between the pharmacy and nursing departments. You will coordinate purchases, inventory, and shipping to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining compliance with policies.

Responsibilities include communicating with clinicians, managing supplier relationships, and supporting on-call coverage. High school diploma required; travel up to 50% may be needed.

Qualifikationen

• Experience communicating verbally and in writing to diverse audiences.
• Basic PC skills including starting/shutting down programs and saving files.
• Proficient email communications and online research.
• Willingness to travel 50% for business purposes.

Aufgaben

• Directs patient contact to assess supply needs and establish client relationships.
• Generates patient orders, coordinates shipping, communicates with Nurse and Pharmacist.
• Purchases supplies per procedures, sources cost-effective products, minimizes freight costs.
• Maintains accurate inventory and participates in physical counts.
• Safeguards confidentiality of patient and company information.
• Participates in on-call duties and supports General Manager as needed.
