Wellstar Health System, Inc. seeks a Value Analysis Leader to drive cost reduction, standardization, and utilization initiatives across our health system.

You will lead multidisciplinary project teams, assess financial and clinical data, and partner with executives to improve patient care while reducing total cost of ownership. Strong PM, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Science or Nursing (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years experience in healthcare, supply chain, or clinical setting.
• Experience developing financial analyses such as cost-benefit, ROI, and NPV.
• Proven ability to interact with senior executives, physicians, and clinicians to drive key business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Project Management & Leadership: Lead Value Analysis projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Persuasively sell ideas to gain support and buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead monthly/bi-monthly Value Analysis team meetings and manage work plans.
• Identify resources needed and assign responsibilities across the organization.
• Apply Value Analysis methodology and enforce project management standards.
• Ensure project documents are complete and stored properly.
• Monitor and report project progress to executives and managers.
• Achieve CVAHP certification and collaborate across service lines.
• Coordinate cross-training and teach in-services annually.
