Job summary

Wellstar Health System seeks a seasoned Value Analysis leader to oversee complex cost-reduction initiatives across the health system. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, evaluate clinical data and literature, and present recommendations to executive leaders and physicians for standardization and savings.

You will collaborate with leadership to onboard new team members, monitor monthly dashboards, and ensure adherence to value-analysis processes.

Qualifications

• Nurse licensure or nursing degree required, or equivalent healthcare background.
• Minimum 5 years in value analysis or healthcare clinical role.
• Ability to present data-driven recommendations to executives and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Leads Value Analysis projects across Wellstar with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Sells ideas to gain buy-in from leadership and physicians.
• Leads regular team meetings and develops/updates work plans.
• Identifies needed resources and engages external partners as required.
• Applies Value Analysis methods and maintains project documentation and dashboards.
• Monitors cost savings and reports trends to system leadership.
• Establishes vendor negotiations and ensures compliance with policies.
• Serves as liaison between hospital/system leadership, clinicians and supply chain teams.
