Job summary

HealthTrust Performance Group, a division of HCA, seeks a Clinical Program Value Analysis Manager in the Atlanta area. You will lead enterprise value analysis initiatives, coordinate committees, and translate clinical and financial data into actionable cost and quality improvements.

In this role, you’ll partner with physicians, clinical leaders, and Supply Chain to standardize products, optimize utilization, and drive effective governance, reporting, and implementation across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of healthcare value analysis or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise Value Analysis initiatives and councils.
• Perform financial, utilization, and clinical data analyses.
• Support product evaluation, standardization, and cost optimization.
• Prepare executive summaries and governance documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, Clinical Engineering, IT, and Supply Chain.
