Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in a health care related role with experience directly related to supply chain, value analysis, clinical supply expense management, or sourcing.
• Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of clinical products, Supply Chain management principles and practices as normally acquired through work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Value Analysis program implementation and ongoing management across clinical areas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop cost reduction strategies and implementation plans.
• Direct and guide supply utilization requests for cardiovascular, surgical, and other clinical services.
• Foster alignment with Ministry, regional, and system leadership on value-based supply decisions.
• Ensure adherence to applicable policies, laws, and ethical standards.
