Job summary

Corewell Health in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a Value Analysis Manager to drive cost containment through a structured value analysis process across service lines, collaborating with clinicians, Sourcing Specialists, and financial teams. The role focuses on improving product value while maintaining quality and safety.

You will lead the VAT, oversee product requests, trials and implementations, ensure formulary alignment, and advocate for the end-user voice in evaluating products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• 2 years of supply chain management or clinical RN experience.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cost saving initiatives with Sourcing Specialists and analysts.
• Manage VAT product requests, trials and implementation within service lines.
• Lead the VAT team to assess product value considering efficacy and cost.
• Collaborate with physicians to identify approved formulary products and new requests.
• Manage pre-implementation trials and product conversions.
• Address in-the-moment product concerns (safety, recalls, substitutions).
• Advocate for end-user voice across stakeholders to mature value analysis.
