Job summary

Marshall Health Network, Inc. is seeking a Unified Communications Administrator to join our Technical Services team.

You will oversee and maintain our voice infrastructure, including VOIP phones, routers, switches, and related hardware and software, ensuring reliable communications across the enterprise. Reporting to the Communications Supervisor, you will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, manage licenses, patch hardware, support help desk tickets, and help deploy secure, scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, networking, or related IT field or equivalent experience.
• Three years of experience managing networks and IT infrastructure, hospital/healthcare preferred.
• Experience with VOIP deployment, voicemail setup, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support daily administration of the organization’s phone environment.
• Maintain physical components of voice systems such as cables, switches, routers, and network devices.
• Implement networking/telecommunication infrastructure and support related hardware.
• Maintain servers (physical and virtual), VOIP phones, and related software.
• Monitor voice performance, troubleshoot issues, and produce performance reports.
• Configure devices per security standards and manage licenses.
• Ensure phones are patched/updated and coordinate maintenance.
• Support help desk with Unified Communications tickets.
