Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university.
• Three (3) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
• ATA certification required; may be waived with a master's degree in Translation.

Responsibilities

• Develops, coordinates and manages translation services.
• Trains and assesses staff, interns and volunteers for translation services.
• Conducts interpreting/translating for staff, patients and families.
• Ensures translation process complies with department guidelines.
• Coordinat es workflow of translation assignments and manages external contractors.
• Invoicing, billing and collection upon final delivery for external customers.
• Ensures accuracy and quality of translations, including Spanish translations.
