AtlantiCare is seeking a Transformation Office professional to partner with clinical and operational leaders to drive strategic initiatives, operations excellence and growth.

You will manage high-priority transformation workstreams, develop project plans, and mentor Lean Six Sigma efforts while presenting progress to executive leadership. Strong communication and change management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Lean Six Sigma training; Green belt certification preferred or required within 2 years from hire/transfer.
• Three (3) years’ experience in process improvement, business analysis, project management, performance benchmarking, metrics, change management, or operational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational and clinical leaders to design, lead, and implement end-to-end initiatives that improve processes and performance across the organization.
• Independently manage high-priority transformation workstreams, including developing and overseeing detailed project plans and ensuring successful execution.
• Provide analytical and strategic support for assessing new opportunities, creating actionable implementation plans, and executing key strategic projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and develop opportunities for innovation and new business opportunities.
