Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years in revenue cycle at managerial level.
• Master's degree in healthcare, business, engineering, or related field.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Epic Systems (revenue cycle) within one year of employment.
• Certification in facilitation, process improvement, project management, or related field.
• Experience leading teams and workshops with measurable results and operational impact.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Educates system employees and leaders on KPIs linked to goals and performance targets.
• Facilitates Lean Six Sigma teams to evaluate processes, generate alternatives, and reduce waste.
• Communicates team recommendations effectively.
• Delivers quality and service training modules to management and staff.
• Develops instructional materials that enhance learning objectives.
• Ensures consistency of service experience across departments.
• Facilitates failure modes analyses to identify risks and redesign processes.
• Collaborates with physicians, management, and staff on project information.
• Develops quality, service, and financial metrics to assess success.
• Maintains professional development in CQI, SPC, Six Sigma, and Lean.
