Optum is seeking a seasoned Advisory Services Director (EDS) to lead enterprise transformation initiatives in healthcare from a remote, nationwide capacity. You will oversee cross-functional programs, develop value realization plans, and shape AI-enabled delivery strategies for client engagements.

Based in the U.S., you will mentor junior analysts, manage client relationships, and ensure revenue, margin, and outcomes targets are met.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise program management and/or consulting leadership in healthcare.
• 6+ years of progressive management consulting experience with value quantification or benefits realization.
• 5+ years leading enterprise transformation programs with operating-model design and change management.
• 2+ years of new business development experience for professional services.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, ROI/NPV, and scenario/sensitivity analysis in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-scale client transformation programs, orchestrating cross-functional workstreams and executing strategy to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Lead enterprise change management efforts with stakeholder engagement, communication, adoption, and organizational readiness.
• Direct operating-model design and redesign efforts to enable sustained performance improvements.
• Lead AI transformation programs, shaping vision, roadmap, and delivery for AI-enabled business transformation.
• Define and champion the practice's AI-enabled delivery strategy and governance.
