Job summary

• Ability to apply adult education principles in curricula and learning objective development.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing with people of diverse backgrounds, education levels, and different learning styles.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and conducts training classes in group class-type settings or computer lab environments.
• Attends and conducts New Hire Orientation and refresher training.
• Maintains training records and provides reports on training due or delinquent.
• Assists with curriculum materials creation, including multimedia presentations.
• Ensures training delivery supports the facility's patients and clients.
