Job summary

Epic, based near Madison, WI, seeks a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff. You will guide the transition to Epic, design training materials, and collaborate across teams to improve software usability.

The role requires relocation support and travel to client sites as needed. You'll engage with staff to shape their experience from onboarding to advanced workflows, delivering sessions and developing scenarios that demonstrate Epic’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (any major).
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• A history of academic and professional success.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with typical month including 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, as well as staff.
• Be the first point of contact for staff and users and shape their Epic experience during transition.
• Design instructional materials and training scenarios and deliver them to learners.
