Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer based at our campus in Madison, WI, with relocation assistance provided. You will lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff, and become the first point of contact for our users as they transition to Epic.

You will be involved from instructional design to developing training materials and scenarios, working within close-knit teams to craft workflow-based content and training for client organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• Experience with education, teaching, or performance is preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days; relocation to Madison, WI is reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users.
• Develop training materials and instructional scenarios for Epic software.
• Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content and training programs.
