Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer based at our Madison, WI campus with relocation assistance. You will lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, serving as the first contact for staff and shaping their experience with Epic.

From instructional design to developing training materials and scenarios, you will design workflow-based content, collaborate with organizations on training, and contribute to projects that make our software more intuitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• A history of academic and professional success.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days per month.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual trainings for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users.
• Develop instructional design and training materials and scenarios to deliver.

• Support staff through Epic adoption and help improve software usability.
