Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to translate learning strategies into clear, engaging resources for Healthcare Client Engagement. You will own content production for initiatives, collaborating with program leaders, SMEs, and governance to ensure quality and alignment with business goals.

You will develop courses, videos, job aids, and other enablement assets across formats, applying brand and accessibility standards while leveraging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training and educational content across formats.
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, visual communication and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams and dependencies.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies.
• Experience with Mindtickle, Synthesia, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva or comparable tools.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with program leaders, SMEs and governance partners.
• Working knowledge of brand, accessibility, and content-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies and business objectives.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, process, and business information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with SMEs and creative resources to clarify requirements, validate accuracy, and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, including plans, milestones, reviews, and risks.
• Review and modernize content using feedback, performance insights, and quality standards.
