LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist within the Healthcare unit. You will transform strategies into engaging, audience-focused learning resources spanning courses, videos, job aids, and guides across multiple formats.

Partner with program leaders and SMEs to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and quality. Use AI tools to boost efficiency and learner experience while managing concurrent content workstreams and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Healthcare content experience preferred but not required.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams and dependencies.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation and content-authoring tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality learning, communication, and multimedia assets for Healthcare.
• Translate strategies and curriculum into audience-appropriate experiences.
• Own the content-production workstream from design to handoff.
• Collaborate with program leaders, SMEs, and governance resources.
• Use AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Review, improve, and modernize content based on feedback and metrics.
