LexisNexis Risk Solutions is hiring a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to build learning experiences across Healthcare. You will translate strategies into engaging content, own content production, and partner with program leaders, SMEs, and governance teams.

The role focuses on courses, videos, job aids, and campaigns, applying instructional design and accessibility standards while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and learner impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience creating training, learning, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, visual communication, and content-organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies and business objectives for Healthcare Client Engagement.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, process, and business information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and creative resources to clarify requirements and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, plans, milestones, dependencies, and reviews.
• Review, improve, and modernize content using feedback and quality standards.
