Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to turn learning strategies into engaging content across healthcare. You will develop courses, videos, job aids, and other resources to support product education and sales readiness.

Collaborating with program managers and subject matter experts, you will own content production, ensuring quality, accessibility, and alignment with governance. Experience with digital learning tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, communication, or educational content across multiple formats.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality learning, communication, and multimedia assets that support business initiatives, product education, sales readiness, and employee development across Healthcare.
• Translate approved learning strategies, curriculum requirements, and business objectives into clear, engaging content.
• Own the content-production workstream for assigned initiatives from requirements through development, review, and handoff.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with subject matter experts and governance resources to clarify requirements and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency, consistency, and learner experience.
