LexisNexis Risk Solutions in the United States (KY) seeks a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist for Healthcare. You will translate strategies into engaging courses, videos, job aids, and guides, owning the content-production stream from start to finish.

You will collaborate with program leaders, SMEs, and governance to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and impact across learning initiatives, using MindTickle, Synthesia, Articulate, and Adobe tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience creating training, learning, or education content across formats.
• Proficiency with MindTickle, Synthesia, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate, Adobe or Canva.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, and content organization.
• Ability to manage multiple content workstreams and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality learning, communication, and multimedia assets for Healthcare.
• Own content production from design to handoff across initiatives.
• Partner with SMEs, program leaders, and governance for requirements and accuracy.
• Translate complex topics into clear, audience-friendly experiences.
• Apply instructional design and accessibility standards; use AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Manage concurrent workstreams with plans, milestones and risks.
• Review and improve content based on feedback and metrics.
