Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist for its Healthcare Client Engagement team. You will develop engaging learning assets, translate curricula into clear resources, and manage content workstreams end-to-end.

Collaborate with program leaders and SMEs to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and impact. Experience with Mindtickle, Synthesia, and Articulate is advantageous in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams, review cycles, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies (e.g., Mindtickle, Synthesia, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with program leaders and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality learning, communication, and multimedia assets for Healthcare Client Engagement initiatives.
• Translate strategies and curricula into clear, engaging content and resources.
• Own content-production workstreams from design through handoff.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and governance partners to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• Leverage approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage plans, milestones, and reviews across concurrent content workstreams.
• Review and improve content based on feedback and measurement requirements.
