Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a MCI Business Office Training Developer and Educator to plan, design, and oversee non-clinical education programs. You will train new onsite staff after EQA and run virtual sessions for remote hires, ensuring consistent education across departments.

The role requires Bachelor’s degree and strong instructional design skills, with familiarity across patient access, Revenue Cycle and call center policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with MCI patient access, Revenue Cycle, and call center policies.
• Ability to design assessments and simulations.
• Familiarity with learning theory, instructional strategies, curriculum standards and assessments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and e-learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, track and train all MCI non-clinical education programs.
• Conduct onsite training after EQA completion and virtual trainings for remote staff.
• Standardize training for seasonal staff and update training materials across departments.
• Support continuous education of general healthcare processes for non-clinical areas.
