Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year automated systems experience
• OR Associate’s Degree in IT or related field

Responsibilities

• Administer timekeeping, correct missed punches and update timecards
• Coordinate time changes with payroll to keep entries current
• Prepare timecards for unit manager review and approval
• Update time and attendance system with pay codes
• Audit time records for accuracy including FTE hours and absences
• Maintain timekeeping records and supporting documentation
