Qualifications

• LPN license in Ohio and BLS certification required for LPN track.
• One year of healthcare experience may substitute with formal training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with screenings and treatments; update health information and collect specimens.
• Monitor and communicate changes in patient condition.
• Maintain equipment, supplies and examination areas.
• Perform clerical duties: filing, scheduling, data entry, patient registration.
