Job summary

Accenture PLC in the United States seeks an experienced Program Delivery Manager to oversee complex, full-lifecycle technology programs for healthcare clients, translating business objectives into actionable plans and delivering measurable outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore locations, manage risks, and communicate status to executives, driving delivery excellence while coaching analysts and consultants.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years leading complex technology programs from mobilization through post-deployment optimization.
• Minimum of 3 years in the healthcare payer and/or PBM industry with core payer processes knowledge.
• Minimum of 2 years engaging senior client leaders and communicating strategy and status.
• Minimum of 2 years leading large cross-functional and geographically distributed teams using Agile/Scrum.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if Associate's degree, 6+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage workstreams within large-scale technology programs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Translate business objectives into milestones, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore locations throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Provide clear updates to client stakeholders on status, risks, decisions, and dependencies.
• Identify and escalate risks and issues to maintain delivery momentum and value.
• Apply tech knowledge to support decisions and connect delivery to business outcomes.
• Oversee governance, financial tracking, resourcing, and quality management.
• Develop high-quality client deliverables aligned with program objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery and client value.
• Coach and develop analysts and consultants; support growth and proposals.
