We’re seeking a USA-based Healthcare Technician to join our Solution Management team as a Document Control Specialist. In this role, you will provide our customers with their requested surgical, dental, biomedical, and pharmaceutical documents via our oneSOURCE platform. The Document Control Specialist will support our libraries within the oneSOURCE product to ensure the accuracy and accessibility of critical medical device and equipment information within our database for our customers.
Utilize your sterile processing knowledge to research and validate product and documentation information.
Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and healthcare facilities to obtain necessary documentation.
Promptly fulfill document requests and updates from subscribed customers to meet their needs and provide top-tier customer service.
Accurately input and verify data into the oneSOURCE database to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Collaborate with database team members and managers to ensure quality and efficiency.
Previous experience working as a healthcare technician in sterile processing, surgical, dental, biomedical, veterinary, pharmaceutical, or related fields.
Proven success working across multiple software platforms concurrently.
Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail skills.
The ability to work independently and stay self-motivated while working remotely.
