Job summary
Simon-Kucher is seeking a Manager, Tech Strategy Advice – Healthcare & Life Sciences for the Elevate practice in the United States (Boston and Chicago). You will lead multi-disciplinary client engagements, shape growth strategies, and guide technology-enabled commercial transformations for health and life sciences clients.

Qualifications
- Undergraduate and/or graduate degree in business, statistics, economics, marketing, finance, math, information technology, engineering, science, psychology, or related field.
- 4+ years of full-time work experience, ideally in management consulting or industry.
- Experience in analytics, growth technology, pricing, marketing, sales, strategy, or commercial transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple client engagements and workstreams with healthcare and life sciences clients to drive top-line growth.
- Plan and manage projects ensuring alignment with client needs, timelines, and risks.
- Develop commercial, analytics, and IT strategies; design system architecture and optimize technology landscapes end-to-end.
- Deliver high-quality client-ready outputs and present findings to senior clients.
