Simon-Kucher is seeking a Senior Consultant in Data Science for Elevate Healthcare & Life Sciences to join our Boston/Chicago offices under a hybrid model. You will analyze healthcare data, build predictive models, and support AI solutions to inform pricing, market access, and commercial strategies for pharma, biotech, medtech, payer, and provider clients.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant full-time work experience in AI, data science, analytics and digital in consulting and/or commercial functions.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Python and SQL for data cleaning, modeling, and automation.
• Experience with visualization tools and cloud-based ML platforms is preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-focused presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Represent Simon-Kucher as an individual contributor, delivering high-quality outputs and client-ready deliverables.
• Analyze healthcare and life sciences data to support pricing, market access, sales, and launch strategies.
• Develop predictive models using modern statistical, machine learning, and AI techniques.
• Prepare client-ready presentations and engage in workshops and meetings with senior audiences.
• Support AI solution development, forecasting, and performance analysis for healthcare clients.
