Base salary ranges from $125,000 to $150,000 per year for US roles, plus performance bonus and comprehensive benefits. Candidates bring 2+ years’ experience in analytics, pricing, marketing, or digital transformation and strong client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Undergrad/grad degree in a related field with 2+ years in consulting or industry.
• Healthcare or healthcare consulting experience preferred, with tech focus.
• Experience with pricing, marketing, or sales software and analytics.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Experience with RFI/RFP processes and vendor evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Apply creative problem solving and strategic thinking to healthcare and life sciences projects.
• Contribute to project planning and ensure delivery aligns with client needs and timelines.
• Develop commercial, analytics, and IT strategies; design target architectures and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with clients to solve strategic commercial and technology challenges.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior clients and teams.
