Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of full-time work experience with an undergraduate degree or 2-year Master’s degree or Doctoral degree preferably in consulting, change management, continuous improvement, project management, pricing, market access, marketing, or sales.
• Experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences consulting is preferred for the LS Division, with pricing, market access, marketing, and growth strategy work for biopharma, medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare IT, or digital health clients.

Responsibilities

• Work in teams for a wide variety of clients, products, and project types, building industry and subject matter expertise through fast-paced projects.
• Gain experience in data analysis to support pricing and sales strategies, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with project teams to support client engagements, including developing presentations, creating financial models, and contributing to workshops.
