Simon-Kucher & Partners in the US (Boston, Chicago, New York) seeks a Manager for Healthcare & Life Sciences / Pharma & Biotech. Lead client projects, mentor junior consultants, and deliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.

You'll work across offices with a hybrid schedule, shaping growth strategies, pricing, market access, and go-to-market plans for pharma/biotech clients. A minimum of 4 years in management consulting is required, with US project leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management consulting experience in Pharma/Biotech or healthcare.
• Strong ability to lead projects and mentor junior staff.
• Experience translating data into actionable client recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of HC&LS/Pharma & Biotech projects.
• Develop insights using data, analytics, and research.
• Coach and develop junior consultants on project teams.
• Build trusted client relationships and present findings to clients.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to proposals.
