Simon-Kucher’s Healthcare & Life Sciences practice is looking for a Senior Consultant in the United States, with offices in Boston, Chicago, New York, and other hubs. You’ll work on pharma, biotech, medical devices, diagnostics, and digital health projects, leveraging data and behavioral science to drive growth.

You will analyze pricing, market access, and sales strategies, collaborate on client workshops, develop presentations and financial models, and contribute innovative solutions across

Qualifications

• 2 years of full-time work experience with an undergraduate degree or 2-year Masters degree or Doctoral degree preferred in consulting, change management, continuous improvement, project management, pricing, market access, marketing and sales.
• Experience in Healthcare industry or life sciences consulting preferred for LS Division, with pricing, market access, marketing and growth strategy work for biopharma, medical device and technology, diagnostics, healthcare IT, healthcare B2B, consumer health or digital health clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to support pricing and sales strategies, identify opportunities and develop actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop presentations, financial models, and contribute to client workshops.
• Assist in preparing compelling presentations and reports for clients.
• Contribute innovative ideas to address business challenges and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops, contributing to discussions and presentations.
• Engage in workshops and training to enhance consulting skills and understanding of Simon-Kucher methodologies.
• Work with teams to combine strategy development and data analysis to solve client challenges.
• Foster an inclusive environment and collaboration within the team.
