Simon-Kucher in North America seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Healthcare & Life Sciences, Pharma consulting team and manage client projects with high-impact insights. You will guide a sizable team of junior consultants, develop actionable recommendations, and build trusted relationships with senior clients across markets.

The role requires 6+ years in management consulting, strong analytic and presentation skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Outstanding drive to be part of a top-tier consulting firm.
• Strong knowledge of Healthcare & Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals.
• Minimum 6+ years in professional services/management consulting in HCLS/Pharma.
• Proven business consulting expertise in growth strategies, pricing, and GTM.
• Excellent presentation and communication to senior audiences.
• Track record of leading multiple projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of client projects with analytic depth.
• Drive planning, execution, and alignment to client objectives.
• Lead a large team of junior consultants to generate insights.
• Develop senior-level advisory relationships with clients.
• Engage senior client audiences and gain buy-in for recommendations.
• Expand capabilities, tactics, and tools to meet client goals.
• Identify prospective clients and grow footprint.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables and present findings.
• Manage multiple projects and coach team members.
• Provide thought leadership with Pharma peers.
