Job summary

CareCloud is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Fort Lauderdale who will work collaboratively to generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong desire to succeed in a healthcare technology sales environment.

Responsibilities include qualifying inbound requests, conducting outbound prospecting, and achieving sales quotas. This is a full-time position in-office, requiring at least 2 years of relevant experience and knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare or technology-related industry.
• Relevant experience in an SDR or inside sales role.
• Strong understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).

Responsibilities

• Respond to and qualify inbound demo requests, converting into sales-accepted opportunities.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social outreach.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing and other internal teams to generate pipeline.
