Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT, healthcare, client-facing projects, or operations.
• Experience with healthcare systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test and validate patient experience products according to client specs.
• Gather client requirements and translate them into clear system specifications.
• Provide frontline support, triage requests and coordinate prompt issue resolution.
• Advise on best practices and workflow settings aligned with healthcare industry standards.
• Manage timelines and deliverables to meet go-live dates and SLAs.
