Qualtrics is seeking a Technical Support Analyst in a hybrid Chicago, IL environment. You will diagnose technical inquiries, perform basic troubleshooting, and triage system issues while collaborating with Implementation, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure platform stability and high client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes methodical troubleshooting, clear technical communication, and ongoing learning in APIs, SQL, and data workflows.

Formación

• 1–2 years of technical support or helpdesk experience in SaaS is preferred.
• Basic working knowledge of SQL, APIs, JSON, Unix/Linux, and Excel for data reading.
• Experience using ticketing systems and structured support workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Drive frontline technical support and serve as primary contact for client inquiries.
• Maintain platform stability via routine checks and validation across environments.
• Troubleshoot access and configuration issues; document and log tickets per procedures.
• Collaborate with Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Build and maintain knowledge resources, FAQs, and step-by-step solutions.
