Clover Health is hiring an Implementation Manager for Counterpart Assistant to lead customer-facing implementations from kickoff to post-go-live. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and drive successful launches across multiple concurrent projects.

The role emphasizes strong project management, technical judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority in a remote-first environment.

Formación

• 5–8 years of experience leading technical product implementations in a customer-facing role.
• 2+ years of healthcare technology implementations with provider practices, ideally including EHR standard integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the customer relationship through implementation from kickoff to post go-live steady state.
• Lead end-to-end project plans for multiple concurrent implementations, aligning scope, timeline and status.
• Partner cross-functionally to unblock issues and coordinate handoffs.
• Own outcomes, surface risks early and drive resolution across teams.
• Address integration issues with product and engineering for successful launches.
• Drive continuous improvement of the implementation process and playbook.
• Represent the customer’s voice to product, engineering and support.
