Job summary

As the primary liaison among internal teams and external partners, you will guide governance, manage cross-functional programs, and drive readiness

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technology implementations, operational projects, or vendor integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. Strong project and program management skills. Experience with vendor relationship management and organizational change initiatives. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of technology solutions and vendor services.
• Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with objectives.
• Oversee onboarding and integration of vendors and operational readiness.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness throughout lifecycle.
• Report status to executive leadership and manage stakeholders.
