Job summary

Alignment Health in Orange, CA is seeking a Sr. Director of Implementation to shape strategy and lead portfolio execution across regulatory, technology, vendor, and operational workstreams.

You will supervise the Implementation Manager and Sr. Regulatory Implementation Manager, driving governance, readiness, and post-launch stabilization while partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver value in a regulated health care environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in implementation, program management, healthcare operations, or regulatory implementation.
• 4–5 years of people leadership experience, including managers or senior professionals.
• Experience translating strategy into coordinated, measurable portfolio execution.
• Healthcare regulatory/quality or CMS/audit readiness experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio execution for the assigned initiatives across regulatory, technology, vendor, and operations.
• Directly manage and develop the Implementation Manager and Sr. Regulatory Implementation Manager.
• Establish governance, stage gates, readiness reviews, and go-live decisions.
• Provide executive reporting on milestones, budgets, risks, and outcomes.
