Job summary

Securitas Healthcare is seeking an Associate Engineer to support Midwest regions with on-site professional services for RTLS deployments. The role requires travel to customer locations and hands-on configuration, with a strong focus on network connectivity and system troubleshooting.

You will work from home and visit hospitals as needed, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure successful installations and post-installation support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience with Electronics, Software, Networking, or related field.
• Valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• An Associate Degree in Electronics, Networking, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with test equipment (Network Cable Testers, DMMs, Spectrum Analyzers, RF Watt Meters).
• Previous field service experience with travel.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company during onsite hospital visits and work primarily at client sites.
• Install, configure and commission new systems following standard procedures.
• Provide on-site support, troubleshooting and repair of customer equipment.
• Perform facility surveys and training for staff on installed equipment.
