Job summary

Intelliguard, a healthcare technology company redefining medication management in North America, seeks a Customer Success Manager for Columbus, OH or remote within the United States or Canada.

You will own relationships with hospital and health-system customers, lead installations and go-lives, onboard users, monitor adoption, and document tangible value to drive growth across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in hospital operations, implementation, or customer success in healthcare tech.
• Proven project management skills and the ability to train clinical staff.
• Strong communication with pharmacy leaders and health-system stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead installations and go-lives with healthcare teams.
• Onboard customers and establish success criteria and baselines.
• Document outcomes and coordinate with product teams for improvements.
• Manage a portfolio across US and Canada with quarterly reviews.
