Intelliguard is looking for a Customer Success Manager to own and grow relationships with hospital and health-system customers in the United States and Canada. You will oversee installations through adoption, train staff on our medication-management solutions, and document measurable value to help customers achieve outcomes.

The role requires 3–5 years in hospital pharmacy operations or customer success in healthcare tech, strong project management, and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in hospital pharmacy operations, clinical implementation, or customer success for a healthcare tech company.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer installations and go-lives across hospital sites.
• Onboard pharmacy leaders and staff, set goals and success criteria.
• Document value with outcomes and present to leadership.
• Manage a portfolio of hospital health-system customers in US/Canada, with quarterly reviews.
• Train customers on new products and features and monitor adoption.
• Travel up to 50% within the United States and Canada.
