Job summary

Intelliguard, a healthcare technology innovator, seeks a Market Development Associate to learn hospital pharmacy workflows and support customer implementations onsite. You’ll research target health systems, engage Pharmacy and Operations stakeholders, and help qualify opportunities for the Sales team.

Ideal candidates bring healthcare experience, curiosity, and a customer-facing mindset, with willingness to travel and grow into Sales, Customer Success, or Implementation roles.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in healthcare, hospital operations, pharmacy, healthcare technology, or related field.
• Experience with hospital pharmacy workflows andInventory/dispensing processes is valued.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot is helpful but not required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Learn Intelliguard products and hospital pharmacy workflows.
• Support customer implementations from preparation through go-live onsite.
• Research target health systems and engage stakeholders across Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations.
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn and follow-up on leads.
• Help qualify opportunities and schedule discovery meetings for Sales.
