Transform9 in the United States is seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to be the primary contact for our healthcare clients. You will onboard new customers, deliver ongoing training, and ensure exceptional service while leveraging our conversational agent platform to improve patient engagement.

You will monitor account performance, gather client feedback for product teams, and uncover opportunities for growth through upselling features.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or customer success in healthcare tech.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• CRM software proficiency and ability to manage client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between Transform9 and assigned clients.
• Manage client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to the Transform9 platform.
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients to maximize platform usage.
