W2O seeks a talent sourcing recruiter with 5-7 years of experience to support our Integrated Comms TA team in identifying, screening, and submitting qualified candidates. You will leverage Boolean searches, direct sourcing, and social networks to build pipelines for healthcare and PR roles.

This role offers NYC-based preference with open remote options. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a background in healthcare agency recruiting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
• Healthcare agency experience mandatory.
• Experience recruiting for healthcare/PR environments preferred.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS; Workday a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates using Boolean searches and direct-sourcing methods.
• Screen and submit candidates to TA Leads.
• Engage with candidates on social media and networks (LinkedIn, etc).
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Track candidate activity via Greenhouse (ATS).
• Network to obtain referrals from external candidates.
