HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, a subsidiary of HCA Healthcare, is seeking an Associate Sourcing Recruiter to help candidates move through hiring and onboarding efficiently while supporting retention. The role will involve assisting in placement, relocation issues, and developing candidates for progression to Permanent Placement Recruiter responsibilities.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills, plus experience with Microsoft Office.

Qualificações

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Recruiter in moving candidates through hiring and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate profiles and update information as needed.
• Prequalify candidates for open positions and determine requirements.
• Provide information to candidates on position requirements, market, location and interest.
• Submit qualified candidates to recruiters for review and approval.
• Follow up with recruiters on pending candidates and maintain communication with candidates.
